Several weeks after my double mastectomy, still swollen and tender and VERY emotional, I did a breast cancer survivor photo shoot with Brandy Cunningham. We had originally planned to do it before my expanders were filled up, but our schedules didn’t align. Now, I’m glad. I think our timelines met up when they were meant to. She did such a phenomenal job, and I am so grateful to her. I had to do a lot of cropping and zooming to get these social media appropriate, as you might imagine; I may post more on my blog—I haven’t decided yet. But I did want to share a few of my favorites. Thank you so much, Brandy, for bringing these to life and for your intuition, talent, and above all, your compassion and kindness and encouragement.
